Caravan Main Description:
La Moderation is a small, family run camping and caravanning site in the Deux Sevres, Poitou-Charentes region of France. This area is the second sunniest region of France but doesn’t have the crowds like other areas of France. This allows you to enjoy the tranquil and unspoiled beauty of rural France. This is an ideal site for families and pets are also most welcome.
Our Campsite and Caravan Park Facilities
Within our site we have ten spaces for Caravans. Our toilets and showers have all been refurbished to a high standard. Our site and its facilities are set in enclosed grounds behind large gates and hedges.
For relaxation in the evenings our ten seat indoor Jacuzzi is available. We have a small meeting room with a selection of books and video’s DVD’s etc. We have also installed a new 9.4 x 5.4m above ground outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, which is ideal for families to enjoy.
Our Deux Sevres Location
La moderation is located in the Deux Sevres in the Poitou-Charentes region of France. The Deux Sevres area is known as Frances ‘best kept secret’ because of its unspoilt landscapes and heritage. In the summer months the area hosts a range of events and festivals.
Our campsite is just under an hour from the towns of Niort and Poiters, where there is an airport. The charming seaside resort of La Rochelle is an under two hours away from us. La Rochelle is seaside city with lots to do such a fishing, shopping, walking etc.
